A karaoke room where you can sing until morning

This house has a dedicated karaoke room running on YouTube, with 2 wireless microphones and a smart TV, so you can sing all night without moving anywhere. Outside the house, noise is allowed until 22:00.

The karaoke room also has 1 bathroom with a water heater, and the upstairs living room has 1 more smart TV.

Pool downstairs, bedrooms upstairs

The 3 × 6 meter pool, 1.2 meters deep, is on the ground floor, with 6 children's life jackets and 1 poolside bathroom, though this bathroom has no water heater.

All 3 bedrooms are upstairs, so none open onto the pool. Anyone who wants to turn in early will be away from the noise of the pool and the karaoke room.

Bedrooms with shared bathrooms

Bedroom 1 has 1 5-ft bed and 1 3.5-ft 2-tier bunk bed. Bedrooms 2 and 3 each have 2 5-ft beds. None of the rooms have an en-suite bathroom.

There are 3 bathrooms in total (1 upstairs, 2 downstairs). The ones with water heaters are the upstairs bathroom by the living hall and the bathroom in the karaoke room. 12 bath towels and 12 hair towels are provided.

A moo kata kitchen for big groups

The kitchen has a 2-burner gas stove, pots, pans, a rice cooker, a mortar and pestle, a microwave, a steamer, a grill, a moo kata grill and wine glasses, plus 1 200-liter ice bucket. Please bring your own seasonings.

Ice and charcoal can be ordered from the house until 20:00, so order enough before dinner gets going.

Buses can park, but the entrance to the estate has trees and is fairly narrow, so a bus may not get through. There is plenty of parking in front of the house.
