Bedroom 1 is a poolside room with two 5-foot beds and an en-suite bathroom, ideal for couples who want to be near the water or families keeping an eye on kids in the pool.
The 3 × 7 meter chlorine pool has a sloped floor, 1.2–1.5 meters deep. There are 3 children's life jackets (for kids only), and up to 3 children under 7 stay free.
Two more bedrooms and four bathrooms
Bedroom 2 has one 5-foot bed paired with one 3.5-foot bed. Bedroom 3 has 2 bunk beds and an en-suite bathroom, a hit with older kids and teens, and there's 1 more shared bathroom.
The house provides towels for every guest, with liquid soap and shampoo, and tissues and garbage bags in all 4 bathrooms. Water heaters and wall-mounted hair dryers are in 3 of them.
Restaurants and a 7-Eleven within walking distance
Near the house are Roi Kan restaurant at Wat Yan, about 160 meters away, and the 7-Eleven Chor Bor 1008 branch, about 220 meters away. Since the house doesn't provide drinking water or coffee, it's convenient to walk over and buy your own.
The kitchen has a gas stove, a fridge, a microwave and a barbecue grill. If you're planning a barbecue, the house sells ice at 70 baht a bag (10 kg per bag) and charcoal at 50 baht a bag, kept in a 200-liter ice bucket that holds about 8 bags.
