HB Seaview accommodates large groups of 20–30 guests, 290 meters from the sea at Ban Amphoe. All five bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with bathtubs. The 13-meter-long pool has two depth steps and a jacuzzi tub, the house provides 2 free bags of charcoal, and there is parking for 8–10 cars.

All five en-suite bathrooms have bathtubs

Bedroom 1 is on floor 1 with one 6-foot bed. On the left side of floor 2 are Bedroom 2, with two 6-foot beds and one 3.5-foot bed, and Bedroom 3, with one 6-foot bed, 1 set of 3.5-foot extra mattress and 1 sofa bed.

On the right side of floor 2 are Bedrooms 4 and 5, each with one 6-foot bed. Every bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, and floor 2 also has 1 more shared bathroom outside the bedrooms.

A two-level pool: swim, then soak in the jacuzzi

The 4.5 × 13 meter pool slopes in two steps, 150 and 120 cm deep, so less confident swimmers can stay in the shallower part, and there's a jacuzzi tub for a soak after swimming.

Noise is allowed outdoors only until 21:00; noise can continue indoors all night, but please keep it down.

A kitchen with an air fryer and a steamer

The kitchen has pots, pans, plates and bowls, spoons, drinking glasses, a cutting board, knives, a rice cooker, a mortar, a blender, a microwave, a toaster, a steamer, an ice bucket and an air fryer. The house provides 2 free bags of charcoal, while ice is 45 baht per bag and can be ordered until 2 p.m.

Near the house are Sunset Bay restaurant, about 190 meters away, and Sunset Beach, about 380 meters away, while 7-Eleven and a PTT LPG station are about 1 km away.

Big groups in several cars, and dogs are welcome

There is parking for 8–10 cars, suiting groups who drive separately. The house can take additional guests, but only with advance notice.

Dogs can come along at 400 baht per dog per night. Bathroom amenities include soap and shampoo.
