A quiet house in a residential estate for families

Because the house is inside a residential estate, noise is allowed outside only until 21.30–22.00, after which you can carry on indoors with the doors tightly closed. The house does not accept noisy groups or parties, only family-style guests.

The pool measures 4 × 10 meters and is 1.2–1.5 meters deep, good for both older children and adults to swim. Up to 3 children under 7 stay free.

Four bedrooms and three bathrooms

Bedroom 1 has one 6-foot bed and an en-suite bathroom, bedrooms 2 and 3 each have one 6-foot bed, and bedroom 4 is listed with a 5-foot bed and a 3.5-foot bed. There are also 2 shared bathrooms, and a hair dryer is provided.

For stays of 3 nights or more, sheets and towels are changed free of charge. For stays shorter than 3 nights, the house only changes the trash bags.

The kitchen and a few small costs to know

The kitchen is fully equipped, charcoal is sold at 50 baht per 1 kilogram and ice at 70 baht per bag. You should wash the dishes before checking out; if you don't, the house will charge a dishwashing fee based on the amount.

Early check-in is charged at 500 baht per hour, and late check-out at 500 baht per hour (when no guests are checking in after you).

Restaurants, a pharmacy and convenience stores around the house

Herbs Cuisine is about 220 meters away, 7-Eleven about 370 meters, a nearby pharmacy about 380 meters, Lotus's Express about 390 meters and the Government Housing Bank about 550 meters.

The house is 5.1 km from the sea, so on days you want to hit South Pattaya Beach you'll need to drive.

Parking, deposit and pets

Parking is inside the property only, with room for 2 cars, so groups coming in several cars should carpool.

The security deposit is accepted in cash only, not by bank transfer, while the rest of the rental can be paid by transfer or cash as usual. The deposit is returned about 1–2 hours after check-out.
