Swim in the saltwater pool, then hit the sauna

The 10 × 3 meter saltwater pool is 1–1.5 meters deep and long enough for laps. There are 2 children's life jackets, and children under 7 stay free, up to 2–3 kids.

Bedroom 3 is on the second floor on the right-hand side, with one 6-foot bed, an en-suite bathroom and a sauna room, perfect for whoever wants to unwind after a swim.

Three bedrooms upstairs sharing two bathrooms

All three bedrooms are on the second floor. Bedroom 1 is listed as a 6-foot bunk bed, while Bedroom 2 has one 6-foot bed. These two rooms use the shared bathroom, and only Bedroom 3 has an en-suite bathroom.

There are TVs in all 3 bedrooms and the living room, a YouTube karaoke system and water heaters. Water and electricity are included. Outdoor noise is allowed until 22:00 and indoors until midnight.

Bring your dog or cat, with essentials close by

The house accepts 1–2 pets at 500 baht each per night, with cats up to 5–6 kilograms and dogs up to 5–10 kilograms.

Around the house, 7-Eleven is about 350 meters away, Lotus's Express about 380 meters, and a nearby pharmacy about 700 meters. 2 cars can park outside, and the lawn beside the house fits another 2–3 cars.

A kitchen with a big ice bucket

The kitchen has pots, pans, plates, bowls, spoons, glasses, a cutting board, knives, a rice cooker, a mortar and pestle and a microwave, plus a 120-liter ice bucket and free drinking water from a large water cooler.

The owners provide 1 bag of charcoal and 1 bag of ice. If you need more, ice is 35 baht a bag, and a set of 3 bags of charcoal with alcohol fire starter and a lighter is 140 baht. Charcoal and ice can be ordered until 17:00 at the latest.
