MY ROYAL BEACH Pool Villa is a beachfront house in the Ban Amphoe Beach area, with ten bedrooms spread over three floors for 25–40 guests. The pool is 5 meters wide, 14 meters long and 150 cm deep, the front of the house has parking for 10–15 cars, and a double-decker bus can park too, ideal for groups traveling together in a chartered bus.

A beachfront house with a 14-meter pool

This house sits right on the sea in the Ban Amphoe Beach area, with a pool 5 meters wide, 14 meters long and 150 cm deep. At that depth adults can swim freely, while young children should have an adult close by.

Around the house, Morroc beach club Pattaya is about 240 meters away. If you need to pick up more supplies, there's 7-Eleven 6955 PTT Ban Amphoe about 720 meters away, a Kasikorn Bank about 730 meters, a Night Market about 750 meters, and Lotus's Go Fresh Ban Amphoe Pattaya about 1 km away.

Ten bedrooms over three floors

Floor 1 has four bedrooms: Bedrooms 1–3 have 6-foot beds and Bedroom 4 has two 5-foot beds, all with en-suite bathrooms. This floor also has 1 shared bathroom, which cannot be used for showering.

Floor 2 has five bedrooms: Bedroom 5 has a 6-foot bed and a 3-foot bed, and Bedroom 9 has a 6-foot bed and a 5-foot bed. Bedrooms 5 and 6 have separate bathrooms adjoining the room. Floor 3 has Bedroom 10 with a 5-foot bed. Floors 2 and 3 each have 1 shared bathroom with a shower, and Bedrooms 4, 6 and 10 cannot take extra bedding.

Outdoor noise until 22:00–23:00, then continue inside

The house allows noise outside until 22:00–23:00; after that, move indoors and you can keep going all night, as long as the doors are properly closed.

The kitchen has plates, bowls, drinking glasses, an electric stove, a microwave, an electric kettle, an ice bucket and a rice cooker. Supplies include shower gel, shampoo and a hair dryer. Charcoal can be ordered at 3 bags for 100 baht, and ice at 50 baht a bag, about 10 kilograms per bag.

Arrive by bus, and bring your pets

There's parking for 2 cars inside the property and 10–15 in front of the house, and a double-decker bus can park too, so groups in a chartered bus don't need to find parking far from the house.

The house accepts small and medium-sized pets at 500 baht per pet per night. Guests are responsible for shedding fur, odors, and bite marks on curtains, sofas, beds and mattresses. Pets are strictly not allowed in the pool, and bringing a crate or pet bed is recommended.
