Ty Holiday #234 sleeps 11–16 guests. All five bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, there's a 70 centimeter deep kids' pool separate from the main pool, and up to 5 children under 10 stay free. The house has clearly listed rules, so read them all before booking.

A house that puts kids first

The pool has two parts: a kids' pool 70 centimeters deep and a main pool 90–150 centimeters deep, so families with children of different ages can share the fun. The house provides fancy pool floats to play with; if one is popped or damaged, there's a fine of 1,000 baht (2,000 baht for a large one).

Up to 5 children under 10 stay free, which helps a lot on trips with several families, but the house does not allow more guests than declared.

One bedroom downstairs, four upstairs

On the 1st floor, bedroom 1 has a 6-foot bed and an en-suite bathroom. On the 2nd floor, bedrooms 2, 3 and 5 have 6-foot beds, and bedroom 4 has a 6-foot bed and a 3-and-a-half-foot bed. Every room has an en-suite bathroom, and there is 1 more shared bathroom.

This house uses a key system. A lost or damaged house key or key card costs 300–500 baht. If you need extra bedding, the house leaves the bedding sets in the living room, and guests set them up in whichever room they like.

Noise, speakers and check-out

This house does not allow loud noise outside or around the pool after 21.30, and the speakers may not be moved from where they're set up in the living room, so late at night the party moves indoors. Smoking is also not allowed inside the house, and drugs of any kind are not allowed on the property.

Check out before 11:00. Late check-out costs 1,000 baht per hour (part of an hour is rounded up to 1 hour). The damage deposit is refunded on check-out day if nothing is damaged.

Kitchen and dishwashing fee

The kitchen has pots, pans, plates and bowls, spoons, glasses, a cutting board, knives, a rice cooker, a mortar, a microwave and an ice bucket. Ice can be ordered at 100 baht a bag and charcoal at 50 baht a bag.

Please wash all kitchen equipment, dishes and glasses after use and put them away. If that's inconvenient, a housekeeper can wash up for a fee of 500–1,000 baht.

Dogs and cats, and the neighborhood

Dogs and cats are welcome for 500 baht each, but they may not go in the pool or on the beds, sofas or tables. Guests must clean up after their pets and look after everything in the house; if a violation is found, the fine is at least 1,000 baht.

Parking for 4 cars inside the property and 2 more outside. The house is in the Little Walk area, with Loma Shabu about 160 meters away, Boots about 170 meters and Government Savings Bank about 180 meters.
