Food on hand, no need to go anywhere

The minibar in the house sells various snacks, instant noodles, rice porridge, Coke and iced coffee. For main meals, you can order made-to-order dishes from the house, or mookata/jim jum sets at 400 baht per set, so on days you don't feel like going shopping you can stay home all day.

Other essentials available to order are large bags of ice at 70 baht per bag, charcoal at 50 baht per bag and drinking water at 60 baht per pack. If you'd rather not wash up yourself, there's a 500 baht dishwashing fee, and there's a cleaning fee of 500–1,000 baht.

Kitchen equipment includes pots, pans, plates and bowls, spoons, drinking glasses, wine glasses, shot glasses, an electric kettle, a wine bucket, a cutting board, knives, a rice cooker, a mortar, a blender, a microwave, a toaster, a steamer and an ice bucket, everything you need for both cooking and a drinking session.

Bedrooms and bathrooms to plan around

Bedroom 1 has two 5-foot beds with an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has one 6-foot bed with no en-suite bathroom, and Bedroom 3 has two 3.5-foot beds with no bathroom. The second bathroom is in the hall, between the first and second bedrooms. The hall has a regular sofa.

Every bathroom has a water heater. Children under 12 sharing a bed with their parents stay free.

Pool, rules and getting there

The swimming pool is 3.5 × 6 meters and 1.2 meters deep, with 2 kids' life jackets. No eating in the pool, and no noise outside after 22:00. You can carry on indoors with the doors and windows properly closed.

No smoking inside the house (e-cigarettes are allowed); if smoke is smelled, there's a 2,000 baht fine. To change your stay dates you must give notice at least 14 days in advance. Past that deadline, there's a fine of 2,000 baht per day in all cases, and bookings are non-refundable if cancelled in all cases.

The house is easy to reach as it's close to the motorway exit. Mamak Fishing Park is about 250 m away, Parichat Pharmacy about 490 m, Mong Chang Cafe 2 kilometers, and the Four Regions Floating Market 7 kilometers. There's parking for 2 cars inside the property and 1 outside.
