A seaside house for relaxing, not a party house

This house has no pool; its selling point is being right on the sea in the Bang Saen–Ang Sila area. Sala Ruesi Khao Sam Muk is about 210 meters away, and Baan Saen Muk restaurant in Ang Sila is about 310 meters away, both an easy walk.

The owners note that this is a house for relaxing: moderate noise is fine as long as it doesn't disturb the neighbors and the community. Party groups are not accepted, and playing loud music is strictly prohibited.

Quiet hours to know before booking

The house rules give quiet hours in two ways. The house-and-community rules say that after 21:00, outdoor noise must stop completely, and no loud noise is allowed at night from 21:00–06:00. Another set of house rules says no noise at night from 22:00–06:00, and loud noise after 22:00 is strictly prohibited. To be safe, go by the earlier time.

Staying beyond the number of guests booked is not allowed, and the maximum is 10 guests only. Extra people are not permitted even if they say they won't stay overnight and are only coming to sit and drink.

Smoking inside the house is prohibited, and bringing drugs or anything illegal onto the property is prohibited. Anyone who continues to break the rules after a warning will be asked to leave immediately, and in case of violation the house and the community will keep the entire security deposit and ask guests to leave immediately.

Three bedrooms and a kitchen with a full set of glasses

Bedroom 1 has 1 bed (5 ft), bedroom 2 has 2 beds (3.5 ft), and bedroom 3 has 2 beds (5 ft) plus 2 beds (3.5 ft) (bunk beds). They share 2 bathrooms, and extra guests can be added up to a maximum of 10.

The kitchen has an electric stove, pots, pans, plates and bowls, a rice cooker, a kettle, a microwave, an ice bucket and a shabu-grill pot, along with wine glasses, shot glasses, beer glasses and coffee mugs. Charcoal is 35 baht, ice is 50 baht, and breakfast is not included.

Children, pets and parking

2 children aged 7 stay free. The house accepts small pets only, at 300 baht per pet per night, and there is parking for 3 cars on the property.
