Bedroom 3 for the whole gang to sleep together

Bedroom 3 has one big 5-foot bed, two 3.5-foot beds and two 3.5-foot extra beds, so kids or friends who want to share a room can all stay together.

Bedroom 1 has one big 6-foot bed with an en-suite bathroom, Bedroom 2 has one big 6-foot bed, and there's 1 more shared bathroom. 3 children under 10 can stay, sleeping with their parents.

A 6-meter-long pool and a barbecue grill

The pool measures 2.20 × 6 meters (width × length) and is 1.50 meters deep, fairly deep for young children, so an adult should always go in with them.

The house throws in 1 free bag of charcoal for the barbecue grill at dinner. Noise is not allowed after 22:00, so it's best to start the barbecue party early in the evening.

A Thai kitchen with a mortar and a steamer

The kitchen has pots, pans, plates and bowls, spoons, drinking glasses, a cutting board, knives, a rice cooker, a mortar, a microwave, a steamer and an ice bucket, so you can pound your own som tam or steam seafood.

There's parking for 1 car inside the house and 2 outside. If you need to buy more supplies, a 7-Eleven is about 512 meters away.

Pet conditions

The house accepts cats weighing no more than 10 kg and dogs weighing no more than 15 kg, at 300 baht each. If your dog or cat falls ill during the trip, Better Pet animal clinic is about 473 meters from the house.
