The house is 80 meters from the BTS Wongwian Yai exit. The owners say it is close to Street Food and 7-11 and convenient to get around, so groups who didn't drive can easily travel on around Bangkok.

Around the house are Ang Phochana restaurant, about 90 meters away, Pornwetchakorn pharmacy, about 150 meters away, Pibulwit 6 Market, about 240 meters away, and Lotus's Go Fresh Wat Sai Ekkachai, about 260 meters away.

There is parking for 1 car and room for several motorcycles. If you are coming in several cars, taking the BTS will be more convenient.

Use the house for meetings or as a studio

Besides group stays, the owners suggest using the house for meetups, meetings, low-key get-togethers or birthday parties, Online or Onsite courses, as a studio for selling online, or for other activities.

The house has a large kitchen, a living room, free Wi-Fi and a rooftop for hanging out in the evening. Outdoor noise is allowed until 22:00; after that, you can carry on indoors all night with the doors properly closed.

100 units of electricity are free, and any extra is charged at 7 baht per unit. If you'll be running lights for shoots or using equipment all day, factor in your electricity use.

Three bedrooms, 5-foot beds in every room

Bedrooms 1 and 2 each have 2 beds (5 ft) and a private bathroom located outside the bedroom. Bedroom 3 has 2 beds (5 ft) with a private bathroom.

Children under 7 stay free, up to 3 children. The kitchen has pots, pans, plates and bowls, a rice cooker, a blender, a microwave, a toaster, a steamer and an ice bucket.
