Three rooms upstairs, one by the pool

There are three rooms upstairs: Bedroom 1 is the first room by the stairs on the left, Bedroom 2 is next to it, and Bedroom 3, on the right by the stairs, is the large room. All three have one 6-foot bed and an en-suite bathroom.

Bedroom 4 is on the 1st floor by the pool, with one 6-foot bed and an en-suite bathroom, ideal for older guests who find stairs difficult. There's also 1 shared bathroom.

A chlorine pool, and noise hours

The chlorine pool measures 4.5 × 3 meters, with 2 life jackets each for children and adults.

Outdoor noise is allowed until 22:00, while noise indoors is allowed all day, so you can move the YouTube karaoke inside and keep singing.

The kitchen has a mookata grill, but bring your own seasonings

The kitchen has a microwave, a sink, an electric stove, a range hood, a refrigerator, a steamer, a blender, a rice cooker, an electric kettle, pots, pans, an ice bucket and a mookata grill, plus wine glasses.

Please bring your own seasonings. The house doesn't provide drinking water, so buy some on the way. Dishwashing fees start at 300 baht, depending on the actual amount.

Amenities, fees and parking

Amenities provided include a hair dryer, towels, shampoo, soap, tissues and trash bags, plus a water heater. The house notes that there is currently no pool table.

Ice is 60 baht per bag (10 kg) and charcoal 40 baht per bag, available until 19:00. There's parking for 2 cars inside the house and 2 more outside (no space for buses).

Restaurants and a park near the house

Pa Tid's Kitchen is about 143 meters away, Pattaya City Park about 386 meters, and the 7-Eleven at Boonkanjana Soi 3 about 408 meters, so drinking water or anything you've forgotten is within walking distance.
