A breakfast to agree on before your stay

The standout freebie here is breakfast, and you can choose only one option. Option 1 is a pork or chicken rice porridge set, delivered in the morning; option 2 is bread and fruit juice, delivered on the evening of check-in. Large groups should agree on it in advance.

The house also throws in 3 large bags of ice and drinking water for every guest. The kitchen has a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, a rice cooker, an ice bucket and 2 electric stoves. If you need more, 10 kg bags of ice are 50 baht each and charcoal is 30 baht per bag.

Bedrooms split by side of the house

The ground floor has two bedrooms facing the pool: Bedroom 1 on the karaoke side and Bedroom 5 on the pool table side, each with one 6-foot bed. Night owls can pick the side that matches what they plan to do.

Bedrooms 2 and 3 are upstairs with 6-foot beds, Bedrooms 6 and 7 also have 6-foot beds, and Bedrooms 4 and 8 each have two 5-foot beds. Every bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and a TV.

A 7 × 4 meter pool and the noise rules

The pool is 7 meters long, 4 meters wide and 140 cm deep, surrounded by the ground-floor bedrooms, with a karaoke corner on one side and a pool table on the other.

Noise is allowed outside until 22:00, and the house doesn't allow guests to bring their own musical instruments or sound systems, so use the house karaoke set instead.
