Both bedrooms are next to the pool

Both bedrooms in this house are next to the pool. The pool measures 4.7 × 10 meters, is 1.75 meters deep, and has a slide that holds up to 80 kilograms.

The house has no life jackets, so families with young children should bring their own swim rings or life jackets, and an adult should stay close every time the kids are in the water.

Two bedrooms with double beds

Bedroom 1 has two 5-foot double beds and an en-suite bathroom, while Bedroom 2 has one 5-foot double bed and uses a separate bathroom.

The bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, shower gel and 1 hair dryer. If there aren't enough beds, extra bedding sets are available at 500 baht per set.

Singing at home, and comfortable for long stays

The living area has a Smart TV, karaoke that plays songs from YouTube, and wireless microphones, so you can sing until the noise curfew after 22:00.

For guests staying several nights, the house cleans every 4 days. If you want the housekeeper to come in earlier than scheduled, there's a service fee agreed with the housekeeper on site.

A small kitchen, with essentials close by

The kitchen has pots, pans, a rice cooker, a microwave, a steamer, a mortar and an ice bucket, but you'll need to bring your own seasonings. Charcoal for grilling is sold at 40 baht a bag.

Texas Chicken is about 130 meters away, and the 7-Eleven at the PTT Sukhumvit–Chaiyaphruek station is about 240 meters away, so you can walk over for anything you're missing.

Please wear swimwear in the pool. If you don't have any, light clothing such as a T-shirt and shorts is acceptable.
No food or drinks in the pool. If food scraps fall into the pool and make the water cloudy or discolored, there's a 2,000 baht fine.
Date changes require 14 days' notice. Stays can be postponed by no more than 3 months, with a 1,000 baht rescheduling fee.
For damage to the premises or property, guests must pay the actual cost of the damage (the value of the items and labor)
The property accepts no responsibility for power or water outages caused by external systems, government agencies or natural disasters beyond its control
