The house is in an American vintage style blended with Mediterranean touches and sits on 2 rai of land. The swimming pool is 8 meters wide and 18 meters long, with a waterfall flowing into it, and serves as the central space where the whole group can swim together.

The house is 11.1 km from the sea, so stays here mainly revolve around the pool and the lounging spots at the house. The owners say noise is allowed all night, and there are several gathering spots, so groups that split up each have their own corner.
