Snooker in an air-conditioned house

The house's gathering point is the large 6-leg snooker table, and the whole house is air-conditioned. Loud noise outdoors is allowed until 22:00 at the latest; after that you can carry on indoors all night, as long as you come inside and close the doors properly.

No smoking inside the house, except e-cigarettes. Damage to items in the house is charged at the actual price.

Pool rules to know before getting in

The pool is 4 × 8 meters and 1.50 meters deep, with 4 steps. Young children in the pool must be supervised by a parent, and the house provides children's life jackets free of charge.

This house does not allow dark-colored clothing or jeans in the pool. Eating in the pool is strictly forbidden, as is washing your hair or using soap in the pool. A leaking or burst pool ring is fined 1,500 baht.

Bedrooms on two floors, and extra bedding

The 1st floor has a room with two 5-foot beds and a room with one 6-foot bed; the 1st floor uses a shared bathroom. The 2nd floor has three rooms: the first has one 6-foot bed and one 5-foot bed, and the other two each have one 6-foot bed. All three rooms have en-suite bathrooms.

If you exceed the set number of guests, there are 3.5-foot roll-up mattress sets with extra pillows and blankets. Up to 3 children aged 7 and under stay free.

Kitchen, pets and service fees

The kitchen is fully equipped. Please wash the cookware properly; if you'd rather not wash up yourself, there's a service fee starting at 500–1,500 baht. Ice can be ordered at 50 baht a bag and charcoal at 100 baht for 3 bags, and there's a fee for the housekeeper to buy things for you (a carrying fee) starting at 50 baht (depending on the items ordered).

Pets are accepted at 300 baht each per night. Pets are welcome, but they may not enter the rooms or get on the beds, to keep fur and waste out. Pets are strictly forbidden in the pool, and please take care of the sofas and curtains, as pets may scratch, chew, bite or tear them. If any actual damage occurs, guests must pay a fine at the item's price.

Walks around the house, and driving times to the beach

There's a 7-11 store diagonally across from the village entrance, about 300 meters away, Tulip House restaurant about 200 meters, the Angry Birds play park about 240 meters, and Jomtien Night Market about 300 meters. There's parking for 2 cars inside the property and 3–4 more in front of the house.

The house gives these driving times: Jomtien Beach 7 minutes, South Pattaya Beach 10 minutes, Pattaya Central Beach 12 minutes and Laem Bali Hai 10 minutes.
