Le Raitei is a five-bedroom, four-bathroom house in a resort on the Huay Yai side that sleeps 10–13 guests. The kitchen has both a gas stove and an oven, and anyone who'd rather skip the kitchen in the morning can order breakfast. Cars park in front of the house or in the resort's parking lot.

A kitchen you can bake in, and breakfast to order

Besides a gas stove and a microwave, Le Raitei's kitchen also has an oven for reheating or baking food for big meals. Equipment includes pots, pans, plates, bowls, spoons, forks, glasses, knives, a cutting board and a mortar, but the house has no seasonings or fresh food, so bring your own.

No need to rush to cook on departure morning: breakfast can be ordered at 200 baht per person. In the evening, light up the free-to-use grill, with a free ice bucket alongside to chill your drinks. If you run short of charcoal or ice, you can buy more: charcoal is 35 baht/bag (3 bags for 100 baht) and ice is 50 baht/bag of 8 kilograms.

A large private pool

The house has a private pool 10.92 meters wide, 11.8 meters long and 1–1.20 meters deep. The sea is about 7.3 km away, so most of your downtime will be spent at the house and in the pool.

As for bathrooms, the house has 4, including 1 shared bathroom used by the master bedroom and a small room, and 1 bathroom outside the bedrooms. Outside there's also 1 more Garden Outdoor bathroom.

Noise, karaoke and parking

If you want to sing, you'll need to rent karaoke, since the house has none; a set can be rented for 500 baht if needed. Because the house is in a resort, outdoor noise is allowed until 22:00, after which it must quiet down. Free Wi-Fi is available.

There's no parking inside the house grounds. The front of the house fits 3–4 cars, and groups arriving in several cars can use the resort's parking lot.
