A 17 meter slide and a two-level pool

The large swimming pool measures 17 × 4 meters and is 1.20–1.40 meters deep, with a 17 meter slide for those who love sliding into the water. It's the main attraction of this house.

The kids' pool is 70–90 centimeters deep, and young children aged 8 and under stay free, up to 4 children. Adults should stay close by whenever children are in the water.

Bathtubs in the four upstairs bedrooms

The 2nd floor has four bedrooms: bedrooms 2 and 5 have 3 beds (6 ft), and bedrooms 3 and 4 have 1 bed (6 ft). All four rooms have en-suite bathrooms with bathtubs. Bedroom 1 is on the 1st floor with 2 beds (6 ft) and an en-suite bathroom.

Bathroom 6 is a shared bathroom in the house, with hot water, and towels, soap and shampoo provided free of charge.

A European kitchen inside, a Thai kitchen outside

There are gas stoves in 2 places: the European kitchen inside the house and the Thai kitchen outside, so strong-smelling stir-fries and fried dishes can be cooked outdoors. The kitchen equipment includes pots, pans, plates and bowls, spoons, drinking glasses, wine glasses, a chopping board, knives, a rice cooker, a mortar, a microwave, a toaster, a steamer, an ice bucket, an oven and a barbecue grill.

Other amenities in the house include a washing machine, a Coway water purifier and free bicycles provided at the house.

Pool table, parking and small dogs

The house has a 9-foot RHINO pool table for playing in the evening after getting out of the pool.

There is parking for 6–8 cars inside the fence, depending on vehicle size, and more than 6 cars outside the fence. Small dogs are welcome at 500 baht each; if a pet urinates on the curtains or damages anything else, there is an additional fine of 1,000 baht or more.

Around the house are Na Baan Kafae Sod coffee shop, about 400 meters away, and the 7-Eleven Ban Samo Phrong branch, about 700 meters away.
