A long pool with life jackets in every size

The pool measures 4 × 10 meters and is 1.20–1.40 meters deep. The house has 8 life jackets in total for kids and adults, in sizes S, M, L and XL, so both small and big swimmers are covered.

If you don't have swimwear, please swim only in a football jersey, football kit or sportswear. The downstairs shared bathroom is by the pool, so you can rinse off right after getting out of the water.

Outside, there's parking for 2 cars inside the property and plenty more outside, with room to park all along the stretch since it's open land.

Moo kata dinners, and what to bring yourself

The kitchen has a barbecue grill and an electric moo kata/shabu grill, plus pots, pans, a steamer, a mortar, a blender, a microwave, a toaster and a rice cooker. The ice buckets come in three sizes: 100 liters, 40 liters and 10 liters.

No seasonings are provided, so please bring your own. The house gives you 1 bag each of 10 kg ice and charcoal for free; if that's not enough, you can order through the hosts from check-in onward: 10 kg ice at 45 baht a bag, charcoal at 30 baht a bag and drinking water at 40 baht a pack. However, the ice shop delivers only until 5 p.m. (17:00).

After dinner, if the dishes and all kitchen equipment are not washed and put away, a 1,000 baht service fee applies. If you tell the housekeeper you won't wash up and leave the dishes in the sink for her, the fee is 500 baht.

Upstairs bedrooms and extra bedding

All three bedrooms are upstairs, each with two 5-foot beds. Bedrooms 1 and 2 have no en-suite bathroom and can each take 2 extra guests, while Bedroom 3 has an en-suite bathroom but cannot take extras. The hall can take 2 more extra guests.

Extra bedding can be requested on the day of your stay, but please ask before 10:00 on check-in day, because the extra mattresses are large and must be brought from elsewhere. The caretaker leaves the house at 11:00, so if you ask late there won't be time to go back for the mattresses.

Karaoke, and things to know about the house

The house has a Smart TV in 1 room only, the karaoke room, running YouTube; the bedrooms have no TV. Loud noise is allowed only until 22:00.

Supplies include 1 hair dryer, 12 towels and shower gel (no shampoo), so bring your own shampoo. All 3 bathrooms have water heaters.
