The pool measures 5 × 11 meters and is 1.3 meters deep. For a group of 10 guests, it is long enough for proper laps back and forth.

The house provides 1 child life jacket and 3 adult life jackets for weaker swimmers to use while in the water.

TVs in every bedroom and the living room

Bedrooms 1 and 2 each have 1 bed of 6 ft, and Bedroom 3 has 2 beds of 5 ft. Every room has air conditioning and hot water, and there is a smart TV in every bedroom plus 1 more in the living room.
