BM POOL VILLA PATTAYA: A 12-meter pool · En-suite bathrooms in every bedroom

A Na Jomtien pool villa for groups of 14–18 guests. The large pool is 5 meters wide and 12 meters long, with a 5-meter slide and a jacuzzi for kids. All four bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, and there's no limit on noise inside the house.

A pool long enough for real swimming

The pool here is 5 meters wide, 12 meters long and 1.2 meters deep, with plenty of room for the whole group to get in at once, plus a 5-meter slide to whoosh into the water.

For kids there's a jacuzzi that doubles as a kids' pool, measuring 2 × 3 meters, and the house provides 4 children's life jackets, swim rings and rubber ducks.

Two floors, four bedrooms, everyone gets their own bathroom

The ground floor has Bedroom 1 (a 6-foot and a 3.5-foot bed) and Bedroom 2 (a 5-foot and a 3.5-foot bed). Upstairs are the Master Bedroom with a 6-foot and a 5-foot bed, and Bedroom 4 with a 6-foot and a 3.5-foot bed.

Every room has an en-suite bathroom and a water heater. The 14th guest gets an extra bed and can choose to sleep in Bedroom 3 or 4.

A kitchen with an oven and a coffee machine

The kitchen is fully stocked with a gas stove, microwave, oven, coffee machine, rice cooker, kettle, pans, pots, plates, bowls, a mortar and pestle and a sticky rice steamer. There are 12 wine glasses but no blender, and you should bring your own seasonings.

The 40-liter ice bucket is enough for a poolside meal for the whole group. Charcoal and ice can be bought from the house until 21:00.

Sing indoors for as long as you like, with food close at hand

Inside there's an AIS karaoke system and smart TVs in 3 rooms. Outdoor noise is allowed until 22:00, after which you can move inside and keep singing with no noise limit.

Khrua Lung Sawai 2 restaurant is a walk of about 340 meters, the 7-Eleven Seven Sea Na Jomtien branch about 390 meters, and Tops Daily about 490 meters.
