En-suite bathrooms throughout, and a room with a tub

Bedroom 1 has one 6-foot bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. Bedrooms 2 and 3 each have one 6-foot bed and an en-suite bathroom, and Bedroom 4 has two 3.5-foot beds, ideal for siblings or friends who prefer separate beds.

The living room has 1 more bathroom, for a total of 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Extra bedding comes as a floor mattress in the master bedroom.

Bring plenty of kids

Up to 5 children under 12 stay free. The pool is 4 meters wide, 7 meters long and 1.5 meters deep, and life jackets are available (please request in advance).

Outdoor noise is allowed until 22:00 and indoor noise until 23:00. The YouTube karaoke and Smart TV are in the living room.

A kitchen with a barbecue grill, and charcoal and ice to order until midnight

The kitchen has pots, pans, plates and bowls, a cutting board, knives, a rice cooker, a mortar, a microwave, a toaster and a barbecue grill. Please bring your own seasonings. There's a water cooler for drinking water, provided free of charge.

Ice is 50 baht for a small cooler and 150 baht for a large cooler (10 kg), and charcoal is 100 baht for 3 bags. Charcoal and ice are available until midnight. The cleaning and dishwashing fee is 500 baht.

Several cars and a bus

There's parking for 2 cars inside the house; extra cars can use the parking area in the village, and there's room for 1 bus, ideal for groups who charter a vehicle together.

Stays of more than 1 night get daily cleaning. Nearby shops include Krua Lung Sawai 2, about 448 meters away, and the 7-Eleven Seven C Na Jomtien branch, about 552 meters away.
