A three-storey house with bedrooms spread across the floors

Bedroom 1 is on the third floor with one 6-foot bed and one 5-foot bed, plus an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. The second floor has Bedroom 2 (one 5-foot bed) and Bedroom 3 (two 5-foot beds).

The ground floor has 1 room, Bedroom 4, with a pool view and two 3.5-foot beds. In total the house has 7 beds and 5 bathrooms, and every bedroom has its own en-suite.

Saltwater pool, jacuzzi and sun loungers

The 3 × 7 meter saltwater pool is 120 cm deep, with a jacuzzi system and fun pool floats provided. There are 2 sun loungers by the pool.

For kids there are 3 children's life jackets, and children under 7 stay free, up to 2 kids. The house is about 4.9 km from the sea, so this is a trip centered on time by the pool.

Bring your pets, with a few conditions

Pets can stay for 500 baht each, but they are not allowed in the pool or in the bedrooms.

Inside there's a YouTube karaoke system with speakers and 2 microphones. Outdoor noise is allowed until 22:00, and indoors all night long.

A full kitchen and plenty to eat and do nearby

The kitchen has pots, pans, plates, bowls, spoons, glasses, a cutting board, knives, a rice cooker, a mortar, a blender, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, a steamer, an ice bucket, a kettle and wine glasses. The house does not provide breakfast or drinking water.

If you don't feel like cooking, Kickin Chicken is about 190 meters away on foot, Pratamnak Night Market about 220 meters, 7-Eleven about 230 meters, and Pattaya Park Night Plaza about 280 meters.
