A short walk to the Bang Saray sea
Location is the main selling point. The house is about 290 meters from the sea, so you can stroll over for the morning sea breeze and come back for a swim. Ai Talay restaurant is about 568 meters away.
The private 4 × 6 meter pool is 140 cm deep, with fancy floats for lounging and 2 children's life jackets.
TVs, karaoke and noise rules
There are smart TVs in the living room as well as in Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 3, with YouTube karaoke.
Indoors, noise is allowed all night, while outdoors it's allowed until 22:00, so a poolside party should move inside when the time comes.
Three bedrooms, two bathrooms
Bedroom 1 has 2 5-ft beds and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has 1 6-ft bed, and Bedroom 3 has 2 5-ft beds; these two rooms share a bathroom.
Both 2 bathrooms have water heaters. Amenities include towels, soap, shampoo, tissues and garbage bags.
A ready kitchen, but bring your own ingredients
The kitchen has pots, pans, dishes, a rice cooker, a mortar and pestle, a microwave, a toaster, a steamer, a grill, wine glasses and an 80-liter ice bucket. Please bring your own ingredients and seasonings.
Ice and charcoal can be ordered from the house until 18:00, and there is a dishwashing fee if you don't wash the dishes yourself.
