The highlight of this house is that it's only 300 meters from the sea, and the house provides free bicycles. In the evening, you can pedal out for the sea breeze without taking the car out.

Sailom Sea Beach is about 560 meters away, and Ai Talay restaurant about 540 meters.

Back from the beach, you can carry on in the house's own pool. It's 4 meters wide, 7 meters long and 120 cm deep, with a slide and children's life jackets provided.

3 children aged 7 or under stay free, sleeping with their parents.

Your four-legged friends come to the beach too

The house accepts pets: 300 baht for small ones and 500 baht for large ones, so big pets can enjoy a beach trip with the family as well.

Inside there's karaoke, a pool table and Wi-Fi. Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited, with a 3,000 baht fine for violations.

Three bedrooms, hair dryer in every room

Bedrooms 1 and 3 each have 2 5-ft beds, and Bedroom 2 has 1 6-ft bed. There is 1 en-suite bathroom and 1 shared bathroom, both with water heaters.

Amenities include soap, shampoo, towels and a hair dryer in every room.

A kitchen with a barbecue grill

The kitchen is fully equipped with cups, plates, bowls, glasses and an ice bucket, plus a barbecue grill. The house also throws in 1 pack of drinking water.
