The karaoke room, and the rules after 22:00

The karaoke room has a 67-inch screen, a Samsung MX-T70 speaker and 2 microphones, using YouTube karaoke. The 4 in 1 pool table works for pool, ping-pong and pinball, and also doubles as a side table.

In the karaoke room, after 22:00 the volume (Vol) must not go above 35, while noise around the pool is allowed until 22:00.

A 2-meter-deep pool with a slide

The chlorine and saltwater pool measures 6 × 4 meters and is 2 meters deep, with a 2-meter-high slide. With a pool this deep, adults should keep a close eye on children. The house provides 2 sets of children's life jackets.

Bedrooms with bunk beds

Bedroom 1 has one 5-foot bed. Bedrooms 2 and 4 each have one 5-foot bed and one 3-foot bunk bed. Bedroom 3 has two 5-foot beds and one 3-foot bunk bed. Every room has an en-suite bathroom and a water heater.

There's 1 more shared bathroom, and 3 Smart TVs: in 2 bedrooms and 1 in the living room. Housekeeping is provided, with bedding and towels changed daily.

The kitchen, big ice buckets and freebies

The kitchen has pots, pans, plates and bowls, a cutting board, knives, a rice cooker, a mortar, a blender, a microwave, a toaster, a steamer and 2 ice buckets of 100 liters.

On arrival day you get 1 free sack of ice. If you need more, ice is 100 baht per sack and charcoal 20 baht per bag, which you can buy yourself at the shop across from the property.

Parking, pets and nearby places

There's parking for 4 cars in front of the house, with a caretaker and CCTV. Pets are charged at 300 baht each/night.
