Four bedrooms, the same beds in every room

Bedroom 1 is on the 1st floor, while Bedrooms 2, 3 and 4 are on the 2nd floor. Every room has the same two 5-foot beds, for a total of 16 guests, so groups who want to split rooms evenly can easily arrange everyone.

Bedroom 3 is the only room with an en-suite bathroom. The remaining bathrooms are 2 near the kitchen and 1 shared bathroom on the second floor. Anyone who wants a room with easy bathroom access should agree on it before the stay.

A compact pool for a city stay

The swimming pool is 5 × 3 meters and 130 cm deep, more for cooling off with a soak than for swimming laps. The house is in the Bangkok-Srinakarin area, 40 km from the sea, so a trip here is mainly about getting together at the house.

Loud sound is allowed outside until 22:00. If you want to play music by the pool, plan to finish before then and turn it down.

Kitchen, charcoal, ice and parking

The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking your own meals. Extra costs to know about are charcoal at 20 baht per bag and ice at 60 baht per bag.

There's parking for 7 cars inside the property and 1 more outside, so groups arriving in several cars don't have to look for parking far away. As for pets, this house does not accept them.
