A hangout spot within walking distance
P&P1 is located on the opposite side from Na Jomtien–Huai Yai Beach, 7.5 km from the sea, but La la lake is only about 340 meters away, so anyone wanting a change of scene can walk over.
If you're driving out for shopping, Tropical Fruits Paradise is about 1.2 km away and Chak Ngaeo Market about 1.7 km. There's parking for 2 cars outside the house.
A slide into a 7-meter-wide pool
The swimming pool is 7 meters wide and 1 meter 20 centimeters deep, with a slide for kids and adults alike. Up to 3 children under 7 years old stay free.
Three bedroom styles for a mixed-age group
Bedroom 1 has 1 6-ft bed with 1 bathroom. Bedroom 2 has 2 beds, 5 ft and 3 ft, with 1 bathroom. Bedroom 3 has 2 5-ft beds but no bathroom.
This layout lets adults who want a private bathroom take the first or second room, while the friends share the third.
Kitchen, karaoke and noise
The kitchen has pots, pans, a steamer, a rice cooker, a microwave, a toaster and an ice bucket. Charcoal and 10 kilograms of ice can be ordered from the house.
The karaoke and pool table are inside the house, and noise is allowed until 22:00.
