Nifta pool villa: Ping-pong, air hockey, a pool table and wine glasses for dinner

Nifta pool villa is a three-bedroom house for 10–15 guests with plenty of games, including ping-pong, air hockey, a pool table and karaoke, plus a pool with a slide. The kitchen comes with wine glasses and a corkscrew, and pets weighing 5–7 kilograms are welcome.

Indoor games the whole group can play

This house suits groups who love a bit of competition, with a ping-pong table, air hockey, a pool table and karaoke. Split into teams and rotate all night.

Outdoor noise is allowed until 22:00, while indoors you can make noise any time, as long as the doors are properly closed.

A compact pool with a slide

The pool is 3.5 meters wide, 5 meters long and 1.25 meters deep, with a slide into the water. It's more for playing and cooling off than swimming laps.

Up to 3 children under 6 years old stay free.

A kitchen for a dinner with wine

Besides pots, pans, a gas stove, a rice cooker, a microwave and a grill, the kitchen has an electric pan, wine glasses and a corkscrew, so you can set the table and open a bottle right away.

There's an ice bucket to chill drinks for the whole group.

Bedrooms with bathroom toiletries

Bedroom 1 has 1 6-ft bed, and Bedroom 2 has 2 5-ft beds. Both have en-suite bathrooms with shower gel, shampoo and hair treatment.

Bedroom 3 has 2 5-ft beds but no bathroom in the room.

Parking, pets and the security deposit

There's parking for 3 cars in front of the house, monitored by CCTV. If you have more than 3 cars, 4 more can park for a total of 7. The extra parking is beside the house on a neighbor's land with an attendant, and from the 4th car there's a parking fee of 50 baht per car.

Pets weighing 5–7 kilograms are welcome at 300 baht each. As for the security deposit, if paid in cash it's refunded immediately once the housekeeper has inspected the house; if transferred, it's refunded by transfer after 14:00.
