Three bedrooms with the same bed setup

Every bedroom has 1 bunk bed, with a 6-foot bed on the bottom and a 3.5-foot bed on top, so it's easy to split people into rooms without arguing over who gets the big one.

Bedrooms 2 and 3 have en-suite bathrooms. The house has 2 bathrooms in total, so a group of 12 should plan a morning shower schedule in advance.

A private pool for days at home

The house is about 10 km from the sea, so most days revolve around the pool, which is 4 meters wide, 7 meters long and 1.35 meters deep.

Music and loud conversation outdoors are allowed until 21:00 (9 p.m.); after that, move the party indoors.
