The Pool Space A1 is a four-bedroom house opposite Jomtien Beach for 14–17 guests. Its highlight is the soaking spots: a bathtub in the master bedroom, another bathtub on the rooftop and spa massage showers. In the morning there's also rice porridge and capsule coffee, so you don't have to go out to buy breakfast.

Soak indoors or up on the rooftop

All four bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, and the master bedroom on the second floor also has a separate bathtub. Anyone who wants a relaxing soak after a full day out can take this room.

Up on the rooftop there's a multipurpose area with another bathtub. The bathrooms have spa massage showers with water heaters, plus soap, shampoo, bathrobes, towels and hair dryers all provided.

A mineral pool with a separate kids' pool

The house pool uses a mineral water system, is 1.3 meters deep and has a built-in Jacuzzi system, with a separate 50-centimeter-deep kids' pool. Up to 3 children under 7 stay free, so families with little ones can split up and swim without getting in each other's way.

You can set up a barbecue grill by the pool, and the house tops up grilling charcoal for free with no limit, plus 3 bags of ice and 1 pack of drinking water per day.

Breakfast and coffee waiting for you

In the morning there's free pork or seafood rice porridge, portioned to the number of guests. Coffee lovers can use the Nithan Cafe brand machine with 12 free coffee capsules per day.

The kitchen has basic equipment: an electric stove, pots, pans, a microwave, plates and bowls, glasses, a rice cooker, a kettle and a refrigerator, enough for reheating food or making simple meals.

Bedrooms, a big screen and a pool table

Bedroom 1 is on the ground floor with one 5-foot bed. Bedroom 2 and the master bedroom are on the second floor, each with one 5-foot bed, while the family room on the second floor has four 5-foot beds, ideal for a family or group of friends to sleep together.

The living room has a 75-inch TV with microphones and a sound system for singing, plus a pool table and free internet.

Bring your pets, park several cars

The house accepts pets of all breeds, both cats and dogs, at 500 baht each/night. There's covered parking for 3 cars and room for another 3–4 cars lined up in front of the house, with 24-hour security staff.

A 7-11 convenience store and M Market are about 1 kilometer away, Mini Big C is about 430 meters away, Pattaya Tiger Park is 4 kilometers away, and the Four Regions Floating Market is 4.3 kilometers away.
