Plenty of ways to split people into rooms

On the 2nd floor, bedroom 1 has one 5-foot bed and one 3.5-foot bed, bedroom 2 has one 5-foot bed, and bedroom 6 has one 5-foot bunk bed. All three rooms have en-suite bathrooms.

Bedrooms 4 and 5 are set up the same way, with one 5-foot bed and one 3.5-foot bed. For bedroom 3, the house information doesn't yet specify the bed type, so ask the team before booking.

Bedroom 7 (1st floor) has one 5-foot bed and a 6-foot sofa bed but no en-suite bathroom, making it good for anyone who'd rather avoid the stairs.

A house for getting together, with singing indoors all night

The noise rule here is that outdoor noise is allowed until 22.00 and indoor noise all night. After 22.00, move the party inside and keep chatting or singing.

The house provides a hair dryer, shampoo and conditioner. Children aged 10 and under stay free, up to 3 children, sleeping with their parents.

A 3 × 7 meter pool and a barbecue dinner

The pool is 3 meters wide, 7 meters long and 1.40 meters deep, for a cooling soak in the afternoon. The house is about 3 km from the sea, so most days are spent mainly at the house.

The kitchen has pots, pans, plates and bowls, spoons, drinking glasses, a cutting board, knives, a rice cooker, a blender, a microwave, a toaster, a steamer and an ice bucket. For a barbecue, charcoal can be ordered at 50 baht per bag, large 10-kilogram bags of ice at 70 baht per bag, and drinking water at 50 baht per pack, with orders accepted until 19:00.

Nearby shops, pets and parking

The 7-Eleven at the entrance to Greenway golf course is about 63 meters away, Chokdee restaurant about 157 meters, an ATM about 215 meters and a Caltex gas station about 217 meters, so if you forget something you can just walk over and buy it.

The house accepts pets weighing up to 20 kg for a fee of 300 baht per pet per night. There is parking for 1 car inside the property and another 10 cars outside.
