Three room sizes that make splitting up a group easy

The 20-room package is made up of 9 small rooms and 7 medium rooms, each sleeping 2 guests on a 5-foot bed, plus 4 large rooms (No. 7–10) that each sleep 3 guests on a 5-foot bed paired with a 3.5-foot bed, for a total of 44 guests sleeping in beds.

All four large rooms can add sofa beds for another 4 guests at 200 baht per person, including coffee sachets, drinking water, towels and a duvet set. There are also 7 extra beds at 300 baht per person per night. Including extra bedding, the resort sleeps 55 guests in total.

If the group needs more rooms, the resort keeps spare rooms available. Please always check the cost with the resort first.

Many cars and buses parked in one place

Every room has its own private parking spot beside it. In front of the resort is a lot for another 10 cars, with 8 more at the back, for a total of more than 40 cars, and it can take 2–3 buses, so groups who charter vehicles don't have to look for parking outside.

A short walk away are Lotus's Go Fresh Siam Country Club Golf Court, about 25 meters, Haus am See restaurant, about 60 meters, CJ More Map Prachan branch, about 120 meters, and Bangkok Bank, about 280 meters.

Shared pool and noise hours

The pool is 5 meters wide, 15 meters long and 1.5 meters deep. Soft music is allowed by the pool until 23:00, after which you can move to the karaoke room or living room and keep the noise going all night.

If you plan to bring your own sound system or band, you must always inform the house before booking. The house will help request permission for the noise, and there is a fee of 1,500 baht per time to bring in a band.

A central kitchen for parties

The kitchen has an electric stove, pots, pans, plates and bowls, spoons, drinking glasses, a cutting board, knives, a rice cooker, a mortar, a microwave and a toaster. There are two separate refrigerators, one for food and the other just for drinks.

There are ice buckets in both a 200-liter size and a small 5-liter size. After a party, cleaning the party area, including washing glasses and dishes, costs 1,000–1,500 baht; if you wash the glasses and dishes yourself, there is no charge.
