The house is in the Jomtien Beach area, about 200 meters from the sea, so it's easy to walk down for a swim and then come back to rinse off at the house.

Around the house are the Siam Commercial Bank Jomtien branch about 100 meters away, Odessa restaurant about 130 meters away and a 7-Eleven about 140 meters away, so you can walk over for anything you need.

A chlorine pool with swim rings and kids' life jackets

The chlorine pool measures 5 × 3 meters and is 1.2 meters deep. The house provides a duck swim ring, kids' swim rings and kids' life jackets, so children can play in the water under adult supervision.

Five bedrooms, arranged to sleep up to 20 guests

The first floor has Bedroom 1 with one 6-foot bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second floor has Bedroom 2 with one 5-foot bed and one 3.5-foot bed, while Bedrooms 3, 4 and 5 each have one 6-foot bed and no en-suite bathroom.

There are 3 bathrooms plus 1 rinse room on the first floor and 1 more bathroom on the second floor. There's also a sofa bed that sleeps 2.

Extra guests are accepted up to 16 guests at 500 baht per person (with extra bedding). Beyond that, the house takes a maximum of 20 guests, with guests 17–20 charged an extra 300 baht per person (no extra bedding), so large groups should confirm their headcount before booking.

Dinner, karaoke and extra services

The kitchen has a microwave, a rice cooker, an electric kettle, a large fridge, pans, pots, a mortar, a steamer, plates and bowls, wine glasses and a coffee maker. Outside there's a charcoal BBQ grill and an ice bucket.

If you'd rather not grill yourself, there's a ready-to-eat grilling service for 500 baht, and a shopping errand service at 200 baht per trip. Charcoal can be ordered at 50 baht a bag and ice at 100 baht a sack.

The house has a sound system with microphones for karaoke, air conditioning in every room, free Wi-Fi, a washing machine, and towels for every guest. Parking fits 2 cars inside the property and 3–4 more in front of the house.

Dogs are welcome, but they must stay in a cage

This house accepts dogs, but they must be kept in a cage. Small dogs are 300 baht per dog per night, and large dogs are 500 baht per dog per night.

Dog mess left around is fined 500 baht per spot, and dogs are not allowed in the pool, with a 5,000 baht fine for violations.
