Pets can come too, cats included

This house accepts up to 2 pets at 500 baht per pet. Dogs must be small to medium-sized and weigh no more than 10 kilograms, and cats are accepted too.

The one thing to watch is that pets are not allowed in the swimming pool, so bring a leash or set up a space for them while people are swimming.

A wide pool with a sunbathing spot

The swimming pool measures 8 × 5 meters and is 1.2 meters deep. There's 1 sun lounger beside the pool and 3 kids' life jackets for use.

2 children under 7 stay free, making trip planning easy for families with young kids.

Three bedrooms, and how the bathrooms are shared

Bedroom 1 has two 5-foot beds and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has one 5-foot bed and one 5-foot sofa bed, with an en-suite bathroom shared with Bedroom 3. Bedroom 3 has two 5-foot beds, with an en-suite bathroom shared with Bedroom 2.

Every room has a water heater, and there's 1 bathtub. Toiletries include towels, a hair dryer, shower gel, shampoo, shower caps and cotton buds.

The kitchen, a big ice bucket and karaoke

The kitchen has pots, pans, a mortar, a blender, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster and an ice maker, plus 2 ice buckets: 1 of 100 liters and a separate 1 of 10 liters. Charcoal can be ordered at 50 baht a bag, and ice at 50 baht a bag (10 kilograms).

The YouTube karaoke system has speakers and 2 microphones. Outdoor noise is allowed until 22:00, after which you move inside, since noise is allowed indoors all night.

Parking fits 1 car inside the property and 2 more outside, and Lotus's go fresh is about 150 meters away.
