The house is about 7.2 km from the sea, so the fun of this trip is in the house's own pool, an indoor pool measuring 3.5 × 7 meters and 1.5 meters deep, perfect both in the scorching afternoon and in the evening.
Beside the pool is a 4-meter slide and a separate 60–80 cm deep kids' pool for little ones. Up to 3 children under 8 years old stay free.
Three bedrooms upstairs, bathrooms on both floors
All three bedrooms are upstairs, each with the same 2 5-ft beds, so assigning rooms is easy since every room sleeps the same number.
There's 1 bathroom upstairs and 2 downstairs, so swimmers can use the downstairs bathrooms right away without climbing the stairs.
A kitchen with an 80-liter ice bucket
The kitchen has a gas stove, pots, a stockpot, a steamer, a pan, a mortar, a microwave, a toaster and a rice cooker, plus drinking glasses, wine glasses, coffee mugs and a bottle opener.
For a big-group barbecue, there's an 80-liter ice bucket and a small portable ice cooler, along with basins, baskets and a trolley for carrying things.
Freebies and a bicycle at the house
On your check-in day, the house throws in 12 small bottles of drinking water, 1 large bag of ice, 1 18-liter water jug, 1 small bag of charcoal and 10 sachets of 3-in-1 coffee. But if you request a discount, you won't receive this set of freebies.
The house provides 1 adult bicycle and a hair dryer. If you run short of charcoal or ice, you can buy more from the house. The Ban Khong Wan Phen Subdistrict Health Promotion Hospital is about 958 meters away.
