Sleep well on hotel-grade bedding

Bedroom 1 (ground floor) has two 5-foot beds and a bathroom, suitable for elderly guests who'd rather not climb stairs. Bedroom 2 (upstairs) has two 5-foot beds and no bathroom; this room is made up with 1 bed at first, and the other bed is prepared if there are extra guests.

Bedroom 3 (upstairs) has one 5-foot bed and no bathroom, and there are 2 shared bathrooms. The bathrooms have water heaters, hair dryers, shampoo, liquid soap and mirrors. Every room has new air conditioning. Children up to 9 years old stay free, up to 2 children.

Eat indoors, outdoors or by the pool

The pool is 3.5 × 6 meters and 1.3 meters deep. There is dining seating indoors, outdoors and by the swimming pool, so you can even carry dinner out to the poolside. Please wear swimwear only in the pool; if you don't have any, sportswear is fine.

The kitchen has plates and bowls, spoons and forks, drinking glasses, wine glasses, coffee cups, a pan, a cutting board, a mortar, a knife set, a refrigerator, a microwave, a rice cooker, an electric kettle, an electric stove, a grill, an ice bucket and a dining table.

Living area with karaoke

The spacious living area has a Smart TV with a sound system, wireless microphones and a YouTube karaoke system, plus free Wi-Fi. Loud noise outside the building is not allowed after 21:00, but noise inside the house is fine.

The house says it doesn't accept guests who want to throw parties, so the karaoke is better suited to family sing-alongs than to parties.

Parking, pets and booking

There's parking for 3 cars inside the property and 2 in front of the house. The house does not hold dates while waiting for a transfer under any circumstances.
