A wide pool that goes from shallow to deep

The pool is 5 × 8 meters and 90–120 centimeters deep. You can stand comfortably at the shallow end, and the deep end is deep enough for adults to soak. The barbecue grill uses the 1 bag of charcoal the house gives you, along with 1 pack of drinking water and 1 bag of ice of 8–10 kg.

3 children under 7 stay free (sharing with their parents). The kitchen has pots, pans, a rice cooker, a mortar, a blender, a microwave, a toaster and an ice bucket.

One bedroom downstairs, four upstairs

Bedroom 1 is downstairs with one 5-foot bed, suitable for older guests who'd rather avoid the stairs. Bedrooms 2 to 5 are upstairs, each with one 6-foot bed.

Every room has an en-suite bathroom, so there's no queuing for showers. Each room fits two guests based on the bed size, matching the house's capacity of 10–12 guests.

House rules to read before booking

Outdoor noise is allowed until 22:00; after that, keep it down or move indoors. Speakers or sound systems may not be brought and played outside the house, and if there is a noise complaint, you must leave immediately with no refund in any case.

If you secretly stay with more guests than declared, the house regards it as fraud and reserves the right to fine you or keep the entire deposit in any case. Make sure to declare the correct number of guests when you book.
