Splitting rooms between parents and kids

Bedroom 1 upstairs is the master room, with a 6-foot bed, a bathtub and an en-suite bathroom. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are also upstairs, with 6-foot beds and en-suite bathrooms.

Downstairs are bedroom 4 with a 6-foot bed, and bedroom 5 with both a 6-foot bed and a children's bunk bed. Both rooms have en-suite bathrooms, so families with kids old enough to climb a bunk bed can put them in this room.

Children aged 10 stay free, up to 5 (sleeping with their parents), while extra adults can be added free of charge, but no extra bedding is provided.

Pool, sun loungers and common areas

The swimming pool is 4 meters wide, 10 meters long and 1.6 meters deep. Parents can watch the kids from the sun loungers by the pool, there's also a party bar by the swimming pool, and this house allows loud noise outdoors all night.

The house has a large living room, a large dining table, 3 smart TVs with Netflix, and a housekeeper on hand for 8 hours.

Around the house, parking and extra services

Chaiyaphruek Medical Clinic is about 251 meters away, and the PTT gas station at the Jomtien Beach intersection about 330 meters. Parking fits 2 cars inside the property, with unlimited parking outside.

The kitchen has full kitchen equipment and a grill. If you'd like help, there's a cook service with ingredients sourced for you for 2,500 baht, a van pickup from the airport for 3,000 baht, and van drop-offs to places in Pattaya at 500 baht per trip.
