Bedroom 1 is a family room with one 5-foot bed and 2 bunk beds of 3.5 feet, plus an en-suite bathroom, so the whole family can sleep together in one room.

Bedroom 2: one 5-foot bed with no en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3: one 6-foot bed with no bathroom. Both rooms use bathroom 2, located in the living room area between bedroom 1 and bedroom 2.

The living room has a pull-out sofa bed measuring 8 feet, and every bathroom has a water heater. Children of any age stay free if no extra bedding is needed.

The pool and children's safety

The pool is 3 × 6 meters and 120 cm deep. The house is about 3 km from the sea, so it's more of a place to swim among yourselves.

There are 2 children's life jackets but no adult life jackets, though swim rings are provided. Adults who aren't strong swimmers should bring their own.

Rules for dogs and cats

The house accepts dogs weighing up to 20 kilograms and cats weighing up to 20 kilograms, at 300 baht per pet per night.

Pets are not allowed in the pool · Do not use the house's bowls or containers; please bring your own · Please make sure pets don't chew anything in the house · Please clean up after your pets properly and don't leave any mess behind

Charcoal, ice and a kitchen with a blender

The house leaves 10 bags of charcoal for you and counts them at check-out; each bag used is charged at 50 baht. The fridge has 1 large bag of ice for sale (70 baht per large bag). Drinking water isn't provided, but it's sold from the fridge.

If you need more, please tell the housekeeper at check-in, because once you've checked in and the housekeeper has left, you won't be able to order more (you can order through 7-Eleven's online service).

The kitchen has pots, pans, plates and bowls, spoons, glasses, a chopping board, knives, a rice cooker, a mortar, a blender, a microwave, a toaster, a steamer and a 55-liter ice bucket. Wash and put away the dishes after eating, as there's a 500 baht dishwashing fee if you don't.
