Sea Sky Pool villa is a three-story house in the Na Jomtien area, just 500 m from the sea, that sleeps 15–18 guests. It has four bedrooms, a 4 × 8 meter pool and a kitchen stocked with many kinds of glasses, from wine glasses and tall beer glasses to shot glasses.

Near Na Jomtien Beach, with a pool of its own

The house is about 500 m from the sea at Na Jomtien, so it's easy to stroll the beach in the morning or evening, then come back to the 4 × 8 meter private pool, 130 centimeters deep.

The house asks that you don't eat in the pool. If you want a snack during the day, get out of the pool and eat indoors instead.

Three floors, four bedrooms

The 1st floor has bedroom 1 with one 5-foot bed and one 3-foot bed. The 2nd floor has bedroom 2 (two 5-foot beds) and bedroom 3 (one 6-foot bed and two 3.5-foot beds). All three rooms have en-suite bathrooms. Bedroom 4 is on the 3rd floor with two 5-foot beds.

The whole house is air-conditioned, with water heaters, a washing machine, a hair dryer in every room and towels for every guest. Children aged 7 and under stay free, up to 2.

A kitchen for a big barbecue

The kitchenware includes pots, pans, a steamer, chopsticks, charcoal tongs, ice tongs, meat tongs, a strainer, a rice cooker, a stone mortar, a clay mortar, a microwave, a kettle, a refrigerator and a grill. The ice bucket holds 200 liters, enough to chill drinks for the whole party.

Ice in 6–8 kilogram bags can be ordered at 40 baht a bag, and charcoal is 60 baht a bag. There's parking for 2 cars inside and 4 more outside. Nearby are Krua Lung Sawai 2 restaurant about 330 meters away, a 7-Eleven about 430 meters away and Tops Daily about 530 meters away.

House rules to know before booking

No outdoor noise after 22:00, but you can carry on indoors with the doors properly closed. The house does not accept pets, and smoking is not allowed inside the house (smoking outside is fine), with a fine of 5,000–10,000 baht.

Early check-in or late check-out of no more than 1 hour is charged at 2,000 baht per hour, and if you'd rather not wash up or tidy after meals, there's a service fee of 500–2,000 baht.
