The pool is 4 × 6 meters and 1.2 meters deep. Around the house there is a lawn for children, a barbecue grill with charcoal and a dining table, so adults can grill while keeping an eye on the kids.

The house has 1 child's dining chair. Up to 2 children under 7 stay free (sharing with parents). There is 1 fancy swim ring; you can check its condition with staff before check-in.

Bedrooms downstairs and upstairs

Bedroom 1 is on floor 1 with 1 king-size 6 ft bed for 2 guests, and its bathroom is shared with the living room. Bedroom 2 is on floor 2 with 2 queen-size 5 ft beds for 4 guests and a private bathroom, and Bedroom 3 is on floor 2.

Every room has towels, a hair dryer, shampoo and shower gel. The house takes exactly 8 guests and does not accept extra guests.

Family meals at home

The kitchen has plates, bowls, spoons, forks, a pan, pots, glasses, a mortar, a kettle, a microwave, a toaster, an ice bucket, knives and a chopping board. The dining table seats 8.

The housekeeper washes the dishes free of charge; just leave the dishes in the kitchen and put rubbish in the designated place.

Good to know before you stay

Check-in is from 14:00 onwards and check-out must be before 11:00. Late check-out is charged at 500 THB per hour; after 13:00 a full day's rate applies.
The 4,000 THB damage deposit is refunded in full on check-out day if there is no damage (refunded by 15:00).
Extra guests are not accepted. If there are more guests than booked, the house reserves the right to charge 1,000 THB per person.

Smoking is prohibited in all rooms. If cigarette butts or smoke odor are found, a 5,000 THB fine applies.
Guests must pay the actual cost of any damage to the house and property (items and repair labor).
The house is not responsible for any loss of or damage to your belongings during your stay under any circumstances. Please look after your own belongings.
In case of fighting, or complaints to the police about inappropriate behavior, guests must check out immediately. Drugs and illegal items are not allowed in the house.
Do not take food or drinks into the pool. If food scraps or discolored water are found, a fine of 5,000–10,000 THB applies.
No loud noise outside after 22:00. After that, please close doors and windows tightly; noise inside the house is fine 24 hours a day.
Pets under 5 kg are welcome at 500 THB per pet per night.
Dogs are not allowed to swim in the pool. Violations incur a 10,000 THB fine to replace the water.
Dogs must relieve themselves outside the house only, and droppings must be bagged. Damage inside the house is deducted from the deposit, or charged extra if it exceeds the deposit.
