The house is on the side opposite Central Pattaya Beach, 8.5 km from the sea, but what large groups will love is parking for 13 cars inside, so there's no need to scatter cars along the road.

The pool is 3.5 meters wide and 8 meters long, divided into an adult section 110 cm deep and 6 m long and a kids' section 60 cm deep and 2 m long, so kids can play in the shallows while adults swim alongside.

A kitchen for barbecue lovers

The kitchen has a microwave, a toaster, a full set of Thai cookware, a gas grill and wine glasses. The pork grill comes with free gas, and there is a water filter for drinking water.

The large ice bucket holds eight bags of ice (10 kg per bag), and there is an extra small cooler too. Ice can be ordered at 30 baht per bag from the shop until 18:00, but no seasonings are provided, so bring your own.

Every upstairs bedroom has a balcony

On the 2nd floor, Bedrooms 1 and 2 each have two 6-foot beds, an en-suite bathroom, a balcony and a shared dressing room. Bedrooms 3 and 4 each have one 6-foot bed, also with an en-suite bathroom and a balcony.

Bedroom 5 is on the 1st floor with one 6-foot bed, and Bedroom 6 is on the ground floor with one 5-foot bed; both have en-suite bathrooms. Every bedroom has a TV and a water heater.

Supplies, services and shops around the house

The house provides hair dryers, towels and garbage bags, but you need to bring your own personal items and toiletries. Outdoor noise is allowed until 22:00 and indoors all night. For stays of more than 1 night, the housekeeper changes the sheets once every 2 nights.

Around the house are Akicha bubble tea shop, about 217 meters away, FamilyMart, about 328 meters, Lotus's Go Fresh Nong Mai Kaen, about 590 meters, and Si Charoen Market, about 789 meters.
