A house for big-group parties

The house is on private land and doesn't disturb any neighbors, so parties with noise are allowed all night, 24 hours a day. It has karaoke, a full sound system, disco lights and a standard-size pool table. The house says it suits large party groups, outings, company trips or big families.

The private saltwater pool is 8 meters wide and 18 meters long, 120 cm at its shallowest and 180 cm at its deepest, and there's a round, shallow Jacuzzi-style pool 50 cm deep, complete with fancy pool floats and balls.

There's a canal beside the house: bring a fishing rod to fish, and there's a boat to paddle around in both the canal and the pool.

Seven bedrooms, each with a private bathroom

The house has 7 bedrooms, 9 bathrooms and 15 beds, plus extra mattresses. Every room has a private bathroom. Bedroom 1 (the Master room) has four 6-foot beds and one 5-foot bed, Bedroom 3 has three 6-foot beds and one 5-foot bed, and Bedroom 4 has two 6-foot beds and one 5-foot bed.

Bedroom 2 is a waterside Master room, Bedroom 6 has two 6-foot beds, and Bedroom 7 is a private room with one 6-foot bed. On weekdays, you can choose to open bedrooms to match your group size and still have the whole house to yourselves.

A separate Thai kitchen and 3 refrigerators

The kitchen is fully equipped with every electrical appliance, including an oven, a juice blender and 3 large refrigerators, plus a separate Thai kitchen with a gas stove. You can grill on both electric and charcoal grills.

Water and electricity are free, and there's a washing machine and a dryer. Ice and charcoal can be ordered at the front of the house.

Room to park however many cars you bring

There is parking for 20 cars: 8 inside the grounds and 12–15 outside, with bus access. The house is in central Pattaya.
