This house's highlight is its location. It's 270 meters from the sea, Bang Saray Beach is about 420 meters away, and Nisa Seafood restaurant about 410 meters, so in the morning or evening you can easily walk out to the sea and come back for a dip in the pool.

A 4 × 8 meter pool and nightly freebies
The pool is 4 meters wide, 8 meters long and 1.25–1.50 meters deep, with 3 children's life jackets. Up to 3 children under 9 stay free.
Every night of your stay you get 12 bottles of drinking water, 1 bag of charcoal and 1 bag of ice, along with towels, shampoo and shower gel. A 100 liter ice bucket is there to chill the whole group's drinks.
Air-conditioned bedrooms and living room
Bedroom 1 has two 6-foot beds and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. Bedroom 2 has one 6-foot bed and an en-suite bathroom, and bedroom 3 has one 6-foot bed and uses the living room bathroom.
Every room has air conditioning, including the living room. The living room has 1 smart TV that can play YouTube, Netflix and Google, plus a YouTube karaoke system. Noise outdoors is allowed until 22:00; after that, turn it down and keep singing indoors.
A kitchen with a grill; just bring seasonings
The kitchen has pots, pans, a rice cooker, a mortar, a blender, a microwave, a toaster, a steamer, a gas stove and a grill. It's fully equipped except for seasonings, which you need to bring yourself.
There's parking for 2 cars inside the property and 4 more outside, but buses cannot park here, so groups chartering a bus should plan a drop-off and pick-up point in advance.
