Sing indoors without watching the clock

Outdoor noise is allowed until 22:00, but the karaoke room inside the house allows noise all night, so late at night you can move the group into the karaoke room and keep singing.

The kitchen has an electric stove, pots, pans, plates and bowls, cutlery, glasses, a chopping board, knives, a rice cooker, a microwave and an ice bucket. Tube ice can be ordered at 60 baht per bag (10 kilograms) and charcoal at 50 baht per bag.

Bedrooms in two zones: floor 3 and floor 1

Bedrooms 1 to 4 are on floor 3, each with one 6-foot bed, while bedrooms 5 and 6 are on floor 1, each with two 3.5-foot beds. Every room has an en-suite bathroom.
