Keep singing indoors after 22:00

Outdoor noise is allowed until 22:00, but the karaoke room inside the house allows noise all night, so a group that isn't ready to call it a night can move from the poolside into the room and keep singing, without rushing to pack up at 22:00.

The kitchen has an electric stove, pots, pans, plates and bowls, cutlery, glasses, a chopping board, knives, a rice cooker, a microwave and an ice bucket. If you run short of ice or charcoal, tube ice can be ordered at 60 baht per bag (10 kilograms) and charcoal at 50 baht per bag.

Six bedrooms, with separate-bed rooms for friends

Bedrooms 1 through 4 each have one 6-foot bed, while bedrooms 5 and 6 each have two 3.5-foot beds, so friends who'd rather not share a bed have rooms to choose from, and every room has an en-suite bathroom.

The swimming pool is 3.5 meters wide, 8 meters long and 1.45 meters deep. The house is 3.8 km from the sea, so most of the trip is spent relaxing by the pool at the house rather than walking down to the beach.

Parking fits 3 cars inside the property and another 4–6 outside. Near the house, Chok Anan rice porridge restaurant is about 110 meters away, an option for a late-night meal or breakfast.
