Seven Knights opens five bedrooms for 15–20 guests. Every bedroom sits right next to the pool, there is a big 26-meter spiral slide, and a private KTV room inside the house with full lighting and sound that fits 20 guests. The house is enclosed by high walls for privacy.

A KTV room for singing all night

What sets this house apart is its private KTV room with full lighting and sound: two linked AIWA aw-x5150 party speakers, the easy karaoke program and 3 large LED screens in the middle of the room.

There is also Netflix and YouTube Premium, plus a 4-in-1 pool table that doubles for table tennis and air hockey. Outdoor noise must stop after 20.30, after which you can move inside and keep the sound going all night.

A spiral slide and a kids' pool

The main pool is 8 × 4 meters and 1.3 meters deep, with a big 26-meter spiral slide and a kids' pool, plus children's life jackets and inflatable floats. The house provides 6 children's life jackets.

Up to 3 children aged 7 or under stay free. The surrounding area is residential, so please avoid excessive noise outdoors.

Five bedrooms by the pool, and rooms that stay closed

The house has 7 bedrooms in total, but bookings start at 5 bedrooms and the 2 upstairs rooms cannot be opened. Every room in use sits next to the pool.

Bedroom 1 has a single 6-foot bed and no en-suite, so it uses the shared bathroom. Room 2 has a 6-foot bed and a bunk bed, and connects to room 3, which has 2 bunk beds, making it ideal for families with older kids who want to stay next to each other.

Room 4 has one 6-foot bed and one bunk bed, and room 5 has a 6-foot bed plus a sofa that folds out into 1 more bed. Rooms 2 to 5 have en-suite bathrooms.

Thai kitchen, freebies and small extra costs

The fully equipped Thai kitchen has a barbecue grill, a microwave and a suki pot, along with a large ice bucket and hot and cold drinking water from a Coway filter. Bring your own seasonings.

On arrival you get 1 large bag of ice and 1 bag of barbecue charcoal. If that runs out, you can buy more until 6 p.m. (18:00): ice is 50 baht and charcoal 30 baht. The dishwashing fee is 500 baht and the garbage disposal fee is 500 baht.

There is parking for 5 cars, and small pets are welcome at 500 baht per pet per night. Towels, soap, shampoo and water heaters are provided.
