Sing in the living room

The living room has 1 smart TV and YouTube karaoke, so you can put on whatever song you want to sing right away. Outdoor noise is allowed until 22:00.

Amenities provided include a hair dryer, towels, shampoo, soap, tissues and garbage bags, along with a water heater.

A four-by-eight-meter pool, and a kitchen where you bring your own seasonings

The swimming pool is 4 × 8 meters and 1.4 meters deep, with no slide.

The kitchen has pots, pans, plates and bowls, spoons, glasses, a chopping board, knives, a microwave, a grill, wine glasses and a wine opener; please bring your own seasonings. The 40-liter ice bucket is enough for a big group's drinks. Note that the house charges a 1,000 baht dishwashing fee.

The 7-Eleven Thappraya Soi 7 mid-soi branch is about 71 meters away and BambooZen restaurant about 96 meters, so if you forget to buy anything, you can walk there.

Bedrooms and number of guests

Bedrooms 1 and 2 each have one 6-foot bed, while bedrooms 3 through 5 each have one 5-foot bed. Up to 4 children under 8 stay free.

The house says extra guests beyond the limit can stay, but no extra bedding is provided, and the booking rules ask that you notify the house of extra guests 1 day in advance; without notice, the house won't provide extra bedding under any circumstances. Groups with extra people should ask the team about bedding before booking.

Parking fits 1 car inside the property and 1 outside.

Booking rules to know before paying

Once the booking is paid, the deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances. To change your check-in date, please notify the house 14 days in advance, and there's a 2,000 baht date-change fee in all cases.

On departure day, the house refunds the security deposit after checking that everything is in order, within 2 hours after check-out.
