Large groups sleeping two to a room

The ground floor has 7 bedrooms. Rooms 101 and 102 are set aside for older guests and people with disabilities, with wheelchair ramps, one 6-foot bed, a TV and a refrigerator. Rooms 103–107 each have one 6-foot bed and a TV.

Upstairs are 10 bedrooms. Rooms 201–206 have 6-foot beds, room 207 has two 3.5-foot beds, and rooms 208–210 face the pool and have balconies. Every room has an en-suite bathroom, and there are also 3 shared bathrooms.

The house arranges 2 guests per room, and every room has a smart TV and air conditioning. If you need extra bedding, a 3.5-foot mattress with a blanket and towel costs 500 baht.

A big pool, a kids' pool and water toys

The main pool is 12 × 8 meters and 1.5 meters deep, connected to a 10-meter slide. On the kids' side is a 4 × 2 meter jacuzzi pool, 100 cm deep, using a saltwater system.

The house provides inflatable pool toys, fancy swim rings and children's life jackets, plus a separate kids' play zone. Children aged 8 and under, 15–20 of them, can stay sleeping with their parents.

Two kitchens for meals for dozens of people

Inside is an electric kitchen, while outside there's a Thai kitchen for stir-frying and deep-frying with strong smells. Equipment includes large pans, large pots, a steamer, a mortar and pestle, a blender, a microwave, a toaster, YETI tumblers, wine glasses and a barbecue grill.

The 60-liter ice bucket is a big blue container. If you run out of ice or charcoal, you can order more until 21:00: large bags of ice (5 kilograms) at 60 baht per bag, and charcoal at 3 bags for 100 baht.

Long celebrations, with essentials near the house

The entertainment corner has a 7-foot pool table and a YouTube karaoke room with 2 microphones and 2 speakers. Outdoor noise is allowed until midnight, after which you can move inside and carry on indoors 24 hours a day.

Near the house are The Old Bill Bar, about 150 meters away, CJ More Pattaya Crocodile Farm branch, about 180 meters, a Bangkok Bank ATM, about 200 meters, Xta Plus pharmacy, about 210 meters, and Lotus's Go Fresh Pony Farm, about 290 meters.
